Can not locate Outlook express address book after new instal of xp professional ( not upgrade) from

I have recently install a new xp professional over a 98 OS and can not locate my address/ contacts from outlook express to convert to outlook???

You'd be better off posting this to an XP news group, rather than an Office
one.
But it's probably due to XP storing "Personal" folders in a different place
to 98.
