can not open more databases while print report

My application frontend links to 8 backend databases mdb files and
report has about 20 subreports.

after added one sub report, I got "Can not open more databases"
message while print report and print 20 pages for 4 pages report. The
version before added last sub reprot always working fine.

I just wonder are there any limitation to link backend databases?
If yes, does MS Access open any databases or tables while printing
report.
The report shoes correctly on the screen.
