Can not open personal.xlsb file

When I startup Excel I receive a message that can not open personal.xlsb
file, so I can not save macros for the excel.
I have already unistall the office and install it again

I guess best thing to do is delete the personal.xlsb file.

Hi Jan,
I enter in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\XLSTART and there is
no files, I create a new excel file and name as Personal, but the problem
continue so I delete the files and the problem continue.

If you have any other Idea I apreciate
