Can not open the export file from 'My Masks' in Excel

Hi, there, I am working with PS2007+PWA, MS_office2007 . I have a problem
that when I tried to export "PWA_My Tasks" to an excel file (seletion the
'export to excel' option from Action meue on My Tasks page), Excel
application will show me a messege:
"The file you are trying to open, 'task.aspx' is in a different format then
specified by the file extension. Verify that the file is not corrupted or is
from a trusted source before open the file. Do you want to open the file now?"
Then if I confirmed openning or change the file extension, it was failed.
What's wrong with it?

However, I could export and open any excel file exported from "Project
Center" and "Resource", it works without problems.

More info: I found it could be saved only in Excel97-2003worksheet format.

Hello JJin,

The difference is that an export from My Taskswill create an xml page that
will be displayed in Internet Explorer and if you export from the Project
Center an ActiveX component will be created and opened in Ms Excel. Please
check your default application that will open an xml and aspx files by
opening Windows Explorer, go to Tools - Folder Options - Check the File Types

Thanks for your information, Gary. But the problem I having is can not export
tasks list from My Tasks page to Ms-Excel. For export Project Center to
excel, it works no problem. Do you have any suggestion?

What updates do you have on your system. I'm fuzzy on this but I think Iread
something about this being fixed in one of the CUs.
