I have a very unique situation with 2 of the pc's in our
department. They are identical workstations. Specs are
as follows:
OS: Windows 2k, build 2195, sp2
Proc: Intel ~1994 MHz
Mem: 256 M
Office Version: 2002 (XP)
When my user attempts to open a Word Attachment received
in Outlook, the application crashes and will not open the
documents. We have attempted to save the attachment
locally on the workstation, still the app will crash.
User is able to open word, create documents and send
documents to other users, only on these two workstations.
Does anyone have a clue what could be causing the
application to constantly crash?
