can not print html format email

Hi,

I am using windows XP Pro with SP1 and office XP. When I
print preview an email it said can not print html format
email. When I click print then nothing happened. I can
print in word and can print plain text email. can some one
tell me why? Many thanks.

Hi Steven,

if you are using Xch Server, please ask your Admin if there are any rules
that dont allow that!
