can not print images

PROBLEM=When user attempts to print HTML e-mails with embedded images the images do

not appear on paper, only "X"s in outlook.

ACTIONS=

1. Deleted outlook registry keys

2. Detect and Repair Outlook

3. different profile

4. same result on different printer

5. all products up to date

6. Disable Antivirus software (nod32)

Not Resolved..

any idea??
