Can not save new task on Outlook 2003

I have SBS 2003.
Client is using Outlook 2003 come with SBS2003.
Everything is function, but calendar.
I add a new task, it seems ok.
When I close Outlook, the new task I added on is
disapeared.
I have reintsall Outlook 2003.
What I can do?
