Can not save project with specific name

i am getting an error message when i save a project to project server
with a specific name - 7C105-P. the error message is "you do not have
sufficient permission to perform the requested action. please contact
server admin." i am the administrator and i can not figure out why i
would not have permissions and i also can not figure out why i can not
save with this specific file name. i am able to save it without the
P, so it is 7C105-, but when i add the P, i get the error message. i
have also deleted the file form project server, created a new project
and saved with project name 7C105-P and i still get the same merror
message. the reason i need to save with this specific name is that it
is the product part name/number and we use that to gather other
product related info.

if anybody has any idea why this is happening or what i can do to fix
it, i would appreciate any insight. thanks.
