We download an excel sheet from our Intranet site that
contains a sheet with frozen panes. We run Windows 2000
and office 2000. All was good until we upgraded our
machines to new p4's. We still have the same software and
we have turned hyper threading off. However we now can not
scroll up or down, if we do the screen seems to be stuck
in the frozen panes, we can only scroll horizontally. We
can use the direction aarows and seem to get the content
of the ceels in the formula bar, but we are unable to see
the ceels on the screen. The only way we can go around
this is by unfreezing the panes or changing the zoom from
100% to about 60%, both options are cumbersome. Any ideas
why this could be happeing and we can sort it out
