Can not see Public Folder using Outlook 2003

I can see a Public Folder using Outlook 2000 but when I am on a machine with
Outlook 2003 and have my profile setup; I can not see the Public Folder.
Anyone know any reason why?

The Exchange Server Settings shows the Fully Qualified
name of our Exchange Server. Is this what you mean?
