Can not see some entries of shared Contacts

Hi everyone,

I am new here. I need helpppppp
My boss give me the EDITOR priviledge to manage her Contacts. She ha
like 800 entries but I can only see like 600+ entires. Some entries
need to modify but I can't see them. Please helppppppppppppppppp

we're both using MS Outlook 2003. Exchange server is SBS 2003.

I have the same issue with MS Outlook 2000.

Those entries are most likely marked Private. Only your boss can change
that.
