Can not see some entries of shared Contacts

Some how it checked private on my contacts then I copied them over fo
my boss. It becomes private on her too.

change
that.

we're both using MS Outlook 2003. Exchange server is SBS 2003.

I have the same issue with MS Outlook 2000.
