Can not see user in Resource Name!!!!!

Dear all,

We add new user (Window Authentication) from PWA, but when we come back
to open from Ms office Project Pro 2003, in Resource Name we can not
see the user we have added so we can not assign him to any project.

How could we fix this problem?

You need to add them as a resource in the enterprise pool. In Project
2003 click Tools | Enterprise Options | Open Enterprise Resource Pool.
Click Open\Add. Add the resource with the same name as the user you
created. When you save the Pool you should get a dialog that asks you
something like that you will convert the user to an enterprise
resource. Click OK and then they should show up in the pool as a
resource.

I followed your steps and finally ok but in Task Form i still can not
see that user so i can not assign task for him.

Help me to fix that.

For an individual task to be assigned to this person you would need to
add them as a resource on that project.

Open the project and then click Tools | Build Team from Enterprise.
Then find the resource and add them to the team.

Then they will appear in the list for task assignments.
