Can Not Send Attachments

I use Outlook 2000 on Windows XP Home. After installing
SR-1a I get an "Out of Memory or system resources low"
Error. The weird thing is It only happens under my login
(admin) Not my wifes (Admin Privileges)

I also just tried the newer update but with no luck. So I
am forced to use the less stable, vunerable orriginal
release.

Any help would be GREAT!
