can not send or receive emails

i have tried everything from deleting accounts and reinstalling accounts but
still i can not send or receive emails.

We're not psychic. What version of Outlook? What do you try? What happens
when you try it? Do any error messages appear? Is there anything in the
Event Log?

Your message is like saying to a doctor "I don't feel well. What's wrong
with me?"
