Can not send test mail in Outlook 2003

Dear all,

I used Ms Outlook 2003. I completed "Test Account Setting..." but in last
step "Send Test e-mail message" is not completed.
Please tell me more this reason. Why didn't I send e-mail testing?

Usually this is caused by incorrect account settings.
