Can Office be installed on main computer and laptop

I found a site that sells MS Office XP 2002 PRO and it states that "Retail
version of Microsoft Office can be installed on your main computer AND on
your laptop computer for your exclusive, but non-concurrent use."

Is this true? If so, how is this accomplished?

Yes it's true. I'm not sure what you mean by how this is achieved.... just
install and activate on both. Nothing complicated about it.
