Can OLAP cubes and Analysis Services be used without Sharepoint?

I am doing the full Project Server install this week, but my manager does not
wish to have Sharepoint services installed at all when I do the install.
This means I will probably be skipping past some install points on Project
Server obviously. What I would like to know is, will the OLAP cubes and
analysis programs work without Sharepoint services? I mean theoretically it
should work because it is coming from SQL Server right? I hope somebody can
help ASAP, my documentation is due within a half hour. Thanks!

Yes it will work without problems. You do not need Sharepoint installed
for OLAP to work.
