Can one add a group of words as a single entity to custom dictiona

Is there a way to make a series of words, as a single word/entity in your
custom dictionary (with hard spaces between them)? For example, when a group
of words used together specifies one particular thing, i.e., "Guardian Ad
Litemâ€.
