Can OneNote notebooks be shared on multiple pc's from a web site?

I am trying to sync OneNote notebooks, that reside on a web server, between
my home and office pc's. How can this be accomplished?

Not via a normal website, but if the Notebook os part of a SharePoint
Document Library, that will work.
