Can open site from project Server 2003

Hi

I face some problem and i no idea how to solve it. hope someone can give me
some hints to solve the problem.

now my project server 2003 in Issue , Document all cannot the project site
link.
But i can open the link direct from Manage SharePoint sites

The msg when i open document is this

The documents, risks and issues features in Project Web Access use Windows
SharePoint Services.
There is a problem establishing a connection with the Web server running
Windows SharePoint Services. Contact your system administrator

I had try the following PC+ and set proxy server. however both no help me
solve the problem.

Hi.

i found another problem. when i try save "connect to sharepoint server"

the following msg prompt.

The specified Web server is not extended with Windows SharePoint Services or
it is not accessible via http(s) protocols.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------


i have try the follow KB

but it not work also.

have any other solution?
