Can Outlook auto save e-mails and attachments to network folder?

I am wanting to save certain e-mails and their attachments to a network
folder. Can Outlook be set up to do that automatically?

Not natively, but there are attachment add-ins which can do that such as;
Attachment Safe from Sperry Software;
