Can Outlook be set up to check Do Not Call list?

When using auto dialerin outlook, is there a way to have it check the do not
call registry before dialing. I have the database installed on my computer.
My current method is to manually look up the # and then go back to outlook to
dial.

You'd need a 3rd party utility to do this - outlook doesn't have the feature
built in.
