Can Outlook Messages be Moved Back to a POP Server?

I mistakenly moved messages from POP server to Outlook. Is there a way to
move or copy them back? Is Outlook also a POP Server?

No and No. You could re-send them to yourself - the efficiency of that
would depend on how many mails there are. Why do you need to put them
back on the server?
