Can OUTLOOK open Templates from server location rather than C: ?

I'm trying to set up my OUTLOOK eMail throughout my company so that it
includes Signitures and other information as defult when creating a new eMail
that feeds directly off a central location from our server. We need to change
some details with information that changes every few days or so and currently
we have to go around changing every single computers Sig files (on their C:/
Documents settings/ applications data/~~ etc etc. Is there a way of both
changing the "create New Email" and Signiture file that grabs for every
computer off a single location off the server (which we can alter and it is
automatically altered on all future correspondance) rather than traipsing
around all the computers every time we change something.

I realise we could probably create a single template file for the new eMails
that was on the server and create new eMails from it with existing options,
but OUTLOOK wouldn't defult to that location on the server every time and
apart from being tedious to locate every single time it wouldn't help with
the Sig information we need to add when making replies...
Getting outlook to refernce any location not on C:\ is so far beyond me...
Any help please?
I'm sure there must be a way, the large companies of 400 employees must use
the method of centralised templates.
Thank you!
Rob
