Can PHP written webpages be converted to Frontpage?

I am picking up a website that was written using PHP and
MySQL. I'm a Frontpage user and am trying to come up
with a solution to convert the files to Frontpage. I
have all of the existing site but I didn't write it.

Suggestions?
