The page you linked to is one of the localised trial download pages
for
http://trymicrosoftoffice.com and lists the four usual retail product suites for Office 2007.
The UK product information page for Office 2007
http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/products/FX100487411033.aspx
lists the individual products as well as the Office 2007 product suites. The trial download page does not include the 'MS Office
2007 Basic (OEM only) edition.
http://microsoft.com/uk/office/howtobuy/chart.aspx
The OEM edition is often packaged with new computers and does not include Powerpoint.
===========
Not in the UK according to the UK Microsoft website. Powerpoint is only
available as part of Microsoft Office. All new editions of Office,
including the Small Business Edition, now includes Powerpoint.
'Microsoft Office Online' (

However, if you live in the US it seems you can buy it as a
'standalone' application:

You an certainly install the standalone Powerpoint without having to
remove your older Office suite -- they can exist together. Just accept
all the installation defaults otherwise you might confuse it. Then you
can put the new Powerpoint shortcut anywhere you like in the 'All
Programs' menu and/or on the Desktop alongside the other Office
shortcuts so they all "appear" to be part of the same suite. >>
