Can PowerPoint "speak" the text in a slide?

I want to have PowerPoint "speak" the text in each slide. Can PowerPoint do
this? What must I do?

I believe this product can speak your slides

It's called vox proxy

I also wonder if the Userbility settings in XP/Vista can also speak the
words?

Hold down the 'windows' key and press 'U' on your keyboard. Then choose
'on-screen' narrator
