Can Publisher change within the document from portrait to landscap

I have a layout issue. The majority of the document is portrait but one page
needs to be landscape and then the rest back to portrait. Any clues? Thanks
in advance for your input.

Publisher cannot change orientation. What you could do is to lay it out
landscape in a separate document, copy it and paste it into the portrait
document. Rotate 90°.
