Can read Microsoft Street & Trips data ?

Hello,

Is their any way to read Microsoft Street & Trips data from Access ?
Somehow put it in a Table, or do a Query on it ?

I would like to be able to get all Streets & addresses for certain States
for the program I am making.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
