Can Receive but send email.

Currently using Outlook 2000 to administer a yahoo email account. On a intermittent basis I can receive email but get the following message when sending

TCP-IP Connection was unexpectantly terminated by the server and an error code of E0X800CCC0F

Yahoo tell me it is not a problem at their end and is likely to be Outlook

I run a another machine of a wireless network and it can access it Yahoo account through Outlook fine
