Can receive mail, but not send

I just installed Outlook 2007 on my PC. I have Vista Home Premium, 64-bit. I
have 2 POP accounts on there, both from different places (one Hostcentric,
the other AT&T). I can receive email from both accounts, but I can't send any
mail. Has anyone been having the same problem?

Hi, thanks for trying to help. I actually finally found someone to help me
through smartertools.com. Something about Vista and Office 2007 can make the
outgoing server not accept connections. So changing the smtp port to 587
worked for both of my different accounts from different ISPs.
