Can receive POP3 everywhere but here

I can not receive my email from a given pop3 server from
my work location. However, if i set up the account
anywhere else i can receive it. Net Admin and techs
are baffled. Does the pop3 server recogize and reject
this IP address?



Any thoughts or suggestions?

Running Outlook 2000 on XP SP2

What happens when you try? What is the exact error message?
