Can Shrink - Can Grow & Wrapping Text

I'm having trouble finding help in the Access Help file or online on
Shrink/Grow, and Wrapping.

If I have YES for Shrink/Grow, should this shrink and grow on the form, or
only when printing?

If the text box has a vertical scroll bar, but the text is too long for a
single lined text box, how do I get the text to wrap instead of continue off
to the right?

Any help is appreciated.
