Can Someone offer suggestions?

Ok, Here is my story. I am in an HR office for a LARGE
company. We have ONE mailbox (e-mail address removed)
My problem is I have 40K people emailing that BOX...And
they are from SEVERAL different Companies...BUT...(here
is the kicker) we ALL have the same @siemens.com name so
I cannot tell quickly what company they are with.

However, If I look at the MESSAGE ( right click it ) them
I can view the properties and see the SMTP: or the FROM
header..Example

In the INBOX I see an email from (e-mail address removed)
Who does john work for? How can I assign him to the
correct contact?
(Right click) properties and I see:Received: from
usbgrsmtp03.us.abatos.com

Now I know who that is and can put it into the correct
folder..

So, How can I have that field as one of my chosen for the
view?

Current VIEW is

Due By Subject From Received
None Test (e-mail address removed) 4/03/03

I want to see:

None Test usbgrsmtp03.us.abatos.com 4/03/03
