Can sync either contacts and caledar or have accsess to GAL and free/busy

I'm still trying to integrate our macusers into the AD using EntourageX
as mailclient. We are a rather big organisation with several subdomains
on one Exchange 2000 server. When I set up the exchange-accounts in
Entourage and use the following set: user-ID; Pass; Domain, then the
account works fine, addressbook syncs and caledaritems to, but I can't
accsess the GAL and the free/busy-server (I get errors, 1401 for
free/busy). When I use domain\user-ID and Pass, and leave the
Domain-field empty, I can access free/busy and GAL, but calendar and
contacts are not syncing!

Any Ideas how to solve this?
