I have searched earlier posts and have Gary C.'s project
server book on order. In the meantime I need to make some
headway..
My manager wants team members to be able to enter their 3
point estimates via PWA - is this possible? Can users
update other feilds than the basic ones? I have the
columns added correctly, I just can't determine where I
would even set something like this up.
Ideally team members would enter their values into the
duration 1, 2 and 3 fields, I as PM would then agregate
tasks where needed and then apply a custom macro that
rounds the figures up. I have everything working on the
project plan level, but my manager wants team members to
be able to enter their values online.. I am not sure if
this is possible, and am wondering if I need to persue
another option, perhaps workgroups? some way for team
members to enter their values without touching the actual
project plan (mpp file) or creating a one-off
spreadsheet. Any help would be greatly appreciated -
