can the appearance of office 2003 be changed independent of xp?

I would like to change office 2003's appearance to be like office xp, i.e a
tan color scheme but I do not want to use xp classic mode as microsoft
suggests. Does anyone know if this is possible and how it might be done?
Thank you.

Not possible but check with third party programs like WindowBlinds.

Thank you for your reply. It is interesting, when I first installed Office
2003 after uninstalling Office 2000, the appearance was the same as 2000 and
XP, I didn't know any better. Then I made the mistake of switching Windows XP
to Classic Style to show someone and then back again. From then on my Office
2003 had the new appearance. This is why I asked the question since somehow
2003 retained
the old appearance for quite some time on my machine. I wondered whether
there was a registry entry that established the appearance. Anyway thanks.
