Can the Bookmark feature in PDF files be used in Word or Excel

I am trying to create a parts catalogue for work that looks similar to a PDF
file that has bookmarks for easy navigation of a range of vehicles. Using
Office 2002 at home and Office 2003 at work.
Any assistance as to the above would be appreciated.
