Can the contents of a cell be made to blink or flash?

Is there a way to make the contects of a cell blink on and off?
Would like to use to get attention in a speadsheet.

Yes. However you should know that this may violate Section 508 of the
U.S. Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d), as blinking at certain
frequencies can cause epileptic seizures in vulnerable users.

They are also, after the second blink, just damned annoying.
