Can the "macros disabled" warning be supressed when opening files?

I'm trying to use Visio's InvisibleApp class to automate some file
conversions and I've found that it raises the warning about macros being
disabled every time I open a file. Is it possible to use InvisibleApp in
such a way that it doesn't show that warning? I don't want to lower
security, I just don't care that it disabled the macros and since I want to
do batch processing I can't have it raising a message with every file.

I posted more details in the public.visio.developer post here:

Any help is greatly appreciated. I've done a ton of searching online and
haven't found anything.
