Can the Outlook folder list be put in alphabetical order?

The folder list in Outlook Express can be organized in any manner by moving
the items to the desired position. I do not see where that can be done in
Microsoft Outlook 2000. There is a way to move an item into another folder,
but I do not find where it allows the item to be moved above or below another
folder.

Folders will always be listed alphabetically within a PST. I believe PSTs
are listed in the order they were entered in the mail profile.
