Can the small calendars in the heading of the calendar be changed?

I would like to be able to take the current month (small header) off or
change it to another month.

A) what you are looking at (which exact View or printout)
B) which version you have

Then maybe someone can help you here. We cannot see over your shoulder so
clear explanations are required.

Judy,

I am working on the "Month View" on version 2003 of Outlook. It shows 2
calendars in the header and one is the current month would like to be able to
have the previous month instead. I do not need a duplication of the month I
am on.

Do you ever click on the Date Navigator? Usually people find that seeing
the current month is the MOST useful part of having it there. You can ctrl
click days on it to zoom in on those days, you can wipe a range of days.
Then you can drag meetings from one day to another.

There's no way to have it skip a month (current one) when it displays
months.

The calendar icons (in the header) are not visible until you print the monthy
calendar so I do not know how to fine them to navigate. They print at the top
of the monthy calendar and we would like to edit them if possible. One is a
duplication of the current month which is not needed.

So you want to change what you see when you PRINT? You really missed out on
explaining that.

You could try the Calendar Printing Assistant which is available as a free
download
from Microsoft. Or visit www.slipstick.com and see what's there to improve
printing.
