Can visitors attach their files through my website?

I have a website (created using Publisher 2007) and need a way for my
visitors to attach their files (e.g. pictures) and send them to me.

Basically, I want to insert in my website one of those "Attach File" buttons
that would then allow my visitors to "Browse" their own files then "Attach"
and "Submit" them to me.

If Publisher doesn't offer this option, can you suggest another software? Or
any other solution for my problem?!

Thanks a lot,

If they know how to attach files to email then it's a no brainer and will
work with a email link (keep in mind that mailto: links are a spammer's
delight).

Thanks Rob, the e-mail could be my plan "B".
However, visitors have to fill out a form on my site and I envisioned the
"attach files" button as part of this process...basically, they would fill
out their info and attach the file. When they clicked "Submit" I would
receive the form info + file.

I guess, the e-mail function would still work (can I include my form fields
in the e-mail body to automatically show up when they clicked on the mailto
link?).

Thanks again,

You'd need to write (or find) a form that will work on your server.

Publisher's form field names are retained within the email so you know what
the answers belong to :)
