Yes, but not directly in Project. This question has been asked multiple
times in this newsgroup. I don't remember all the various methods for
setting up a watermark, but you should be able to do a search on
"watermark" in this newsgroup and get all the details.

Hi Connie,
Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup
Not available within Project. The simplest way is to pre-print paper with
the watermark from Word and use that paper to print your project.
