It would be VERY useful for Infopath to incorporate the 'set print area'
option on the file menu OR in the page setup allow the fit-to-page option for
those forms that HAVE to replicate exisiting paper forms. I know the
functionality is present in Excel BUT there WILL be situations where the
Infopath form is not allowed to be customised enough to fit on one page.
A frustrating point but when the CEO has to fill it in aswell and he wants
it to look like the exisiting form what can you do?
This would also allow for security and audit trail of forms as i am going to
send the form that the originator sends to his Authoriser to print, along to
Central Payments electronically so a matching process can take place between
the paper that the Authoriser sends in to the electronic version, in my case.
