can you add Apple Quicktime movies files to frontpage 2003 ?

I was wondering if you could add an Apple Quicktime movie file to Frontpage
2003 ?
If you can ! How do you do it ?

Yeah, that'd be nice

I have a page with this code in it :
<embed src="xxx. mov " width="320" height="250"></embed>

But all it does is ask you to download the movie. (On my C: drive , it just
plays)
