can you add clipart icon to toolbar as shortcut

Is it possible to add clipart icon to tool bar instead of having to go to
insert picture then clipart

Yes. Oddly, I can't find this under All Commands, but there is a Clip Art
item in the Insert category in Tools | Customize.
