clipart pictures do not display in toolbar gallery

Cannot see picture until it is inserted into document. Hovering over the
placeholder on the toolbar a discription is displayed, but no visible picture
until it is inserted into document. Unable to view clipart galleries from
toolbar search.

Hi Karen,

Have you tried repairing Word (Help|Detect & Repair for Word 2000-2003, or Word Options|Resources|Diagnose for Word 2007)?
